本案坐落于湖北武汉，184㎡平层空间以“东方意境、无界洄游、质感栖居、功能整合”为核心，由一研设计团队倾力打造，诠释现代新中式的居住美学。
整体空间打破传统中式的厚重压抑，以轻量化东方符号为线索，串联玄关、客餐厅、卧室等全场景，实现美学与功能的双向兼顾。
从入户屏风的诗意造景，到客餐厅的开放式共生，再到卧室的静谧栖居，每一处设计都藏着东方生活的悠然，又贴合现代人居的舒适需求，让古典雅致与当代烟火完美交融，重构出兼具精神质感与日常温度的私宅场域。
Located in Wuhan, Hubei, this 184-square-meter flat space is elaborately created by the YIYAN DESIGN team with the core of "Oriental artistic conception, boundless circulation, quality habitation and functional integration", interpreting the residential aesthetics of modern neo-Chinese style.
The overall space breaks the heavy depression of traditional Chinese style, takes lightweight Oriental symbols as clues to connect all scenes such as the entrance hall, living and dining room, and bedroom, realizing the two-way balance of aesthetics and function.
From the poetic landscaping of the entrance screen, to the open coexistence of the living and dining room, and then to the quiet habitation of the bedroom, every design hides the leisure of Oriental life, and fits the comfort needs of modern human habitation, making the classical elegance and contemporary daily life blend perfectly, and reconstructing a private residence field with both spiritual texture and daily temperature.

入户玄关· Master Bedroom
入户玄关以一面半透海棠花格屏风作为核心隔断，屏风纹路细腻规整，线条简洁流畅，贴合现代审美。
光线透过格栅缝隙，在地面投下错落光影，与浅灰色哑光地砖相互呼应，弱化空间生硬感。屏风内侧摆放一方青石器皿与几株简约绿植，无多余摆件堆砌，复刻中式“一步一景”的仪式感，既遮挡入户视线、保障隐私，又避免玄关显得压抑局促。
屏风一侧衔接极简木作鞋柜，柜体与墙面齐平，无多余造型，仅以一条细窄金属线条点缀，中和木质温润感的同时增添精致度。
鞋柜台面预留置物空间，可放置钥匙、包包等日常物品，兼顾美观与实用性，整体色调与屏风、地砖统一，既有东方雅致底蕴，又贴合日常入户使用需求。
The entrance hall uses a semi-transparent begonia lattice screen as the core partition. The screen has a delicate and regular pattern, with simple and smooth lines, which fits modern aesthetics.
Light passes through the gaps of the grille, casting scattered light and shadow on the ground, echoing the light gray matte floor tiles and weakening the rigidity of the space. Inside the screen, there is a blue stone vessel and a few simple green plants, without redundant decorations, reproducing the ritual sense of the Chinese-style "one step, one scene".
It not only blocks the entrance line of sight and ensures privacy, but also avoids the entrance hall from being depressed and cramped.
One side of the screen is connected to a minimalist wooden shoe cabinet. The cabinet is flush with the wall, with no redundant shapes, and is only decorated with a narrow metal line, which neutralizes the warmth of the wood and adds delicacy.
The countertop of the shoe cabinet reserves storage space for daily items such as keys and bags, balancing beauty and practicality. The overall color is consistent with the screen and floor tiles, which not only has the heritage of Oriental elegance, but also meets the needs of daily entrance use.
